This is a type of plat created in conjunction with legal documents performed by an attorney to create a different type of multiple owner/multi-use rights for different uses all in the same parcel or parcels of land.  Typically, there are rights to specific use strictly for a specific owner, as well as “common elements” where all owners have rights to the same features of the property.  They can be used in many uses or combinations but require a lot of planning and more regulation to come to fruition.
